Midia Estelle Espinal

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Midia Estelle Espinal, who was born on November 1, 1957, and peacefully departed this life on August 3, 2026. Midia will be lovingly remembered for the life she shared with her family and friends. Her presence brought love, strength, and cherished memories to those who knew and loved her. Though her passing leaves a void in the hearts of her loved ones, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever.

Midia was preceded in death by her mother, Francisca Almestica, and her father, Abilio Navarro Sr.

Midia leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Buenaventura Espinal; her son, Joshua Espinal; and her granddaughter, Janessa Nicole Espinal. She is also survived by her brothers, Jose Anibal, Julio, Anastacio, Nelson, Marco, Avilio Jr., Carlos, Kennedy, and Kent, and her sisters, Magnolia, Lillian, Pricila, Jenelle, and Tameeka. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Jasmine Espinal, and her American Airline Family, along with a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends, too numerous to mention individually, all of whom will continue to cherish the memories and legacy she leaves behind.

A funeral service celebrating the life of Midia Estelle Espinal will be held at HUEC Tabernaculo Church, located at Plot 219 Williams Delight, Frederiksted, VI 00840. The viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.

Though she is no longer with us in body, Midia's love, memories, and the impact she made on the lives of those around her will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. May her memory forever remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her, and may she rest peacefully in God's loving care.
