Con profundo dolor y amoroso recuerdo, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Margarita Peguero, quien partió de esta vida el 5 de mayo de 2026, a la edad de 65 años. Nacida el 25 de octubre de 1960, Margarita fue una mujer bondadosa, cuya amabilidad, calidez y espíritu noble tocaron a todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.

Margarita fue una esposa dedicada, una madre amorosa, abuela y una amiga muy apreciada. Era conocida por el amor que brindaba tan libremente, la fortaleza que demostraba a su familia y el consuelo que ofrecía a quienes la rodeaban. Su hogar siempre fue un lugar acogedor, y su corazón estuvo siempre dispuesto para ayudar a los demás. Creó recuerdos inolvidables a través de su compasión, su alegría y su inquebrantable dedicación a sus seres queridos. Su presencia llenaba de alegría las reuniones familiares, y su amor continuará viviendo en los corazones de todos aquellos que tuvieron la dicha de conocerla.

Le precedieron en la muerte su querida madre, Lucila Peguero, y su padre, Andrés Rijos.

Deja para atesorar su memoria a su devoto esposo, José De León; su suegra; sus cuñados y cuñadas; sus amados hijos, Ishmael Robles y Ezequiel Robles; así como a numerosos familiares y amigos en la República Dominicana, demasiado numerosos para mencionar, quienes lamentan profundamente su partida y conservarán su recuerdo por siempre.

Aunque ya no está físicamente con nosotros, el amor que compartió, las enseñanzas que dejó y los recuerdos que creó permanecerán para siempre en su familia. Será profundamente extrañada y recordada con amor eternamente.

La velación en su honor se llevará a cabo el viernes, 22 de mayo de 2026, de 3:00 p.m. a 5:00 p.m., en la capilla de Divine Funeral Home.

With profound sorrow and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Margarita Peguero, who departed this life on May 5, 2026, at the age of 65. Born on October 25, 1960, Margarita was a caring woman whose kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her.

Margarita was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother and a treasured friend. She was known for the love she gave so freely, the strength she showed to her family, and the comfort she brought to those around her. Her home was a place of welcome, and her heart was always open to helping others. She created lasting memories through her compassion, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones. Her presence brought joy to family gatherings, and her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lucila Peguero, and her father, Andres Rijos.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Jose De Leon, sister-in-law and brothers in law, mother- in law; her loving sons, Ishmael Robles and Ezequiel Robles; beloved family and friend members in the Dominican Republic too numerous to mention, who mourn her passing and will forever hold her memory close.

Though she is no longer with us in person, the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the memories she created will remain with her family forever. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always

A viewing in her honor will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Divine Funeral Home Chapel.
