Edwin B. Christopher

Edwin B. Christopher better known as “Chris,” was born on May 19, 1951, and peacefully departed this life on February 16, 2026. He will be lovingly remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend whose kindness, strength, and warm spirit touched the lives of many. Edwin lived a life centered on family, friendship, and community, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He leaves to cherish his memory of his loving daughter, Tiffany Christopher, and his son, Sean Christopher. He was a proud grandfather to Stacey P.A. Christopher, Xavier E. Christopher, Gabriel E. Christopher, and Tanzania S. Christopher, all of whom brought him great joy and pride. He is also survived by his brothers, Hubert Christopher and Vonroy Christopher, and his sisters, Anette, Cicely and Cerene Christopher. He leaves behind his beloved aunts Thelma Simon, Melrose Simon, Delly Simon, Josephine Benjamin, and Elaine Benjamin, and his uncle Samuel Simon. Edwin is fondly remembered by his nieces Benita and Brenda Benjamin, Junette and Sharon Christopher, and Nurse Hilary Kirwan; and his nephews Brent Benjamin, Kevin Sanders, Sylvester Christopher, and Edwin Christopher. He also leaves cherished memories with his cousins Ruthlyn, Sylvanita, Jennifer, and Brenda Simon; Nalda, Hewlet, and Lauchland Thomas; Romanita and Austin Luke; Anella, Iola, Tifford, Vanessa, and Alphanis Lewis; Melorne Mack and family; the Bright Family; and the Morrissey Family in Antigua. He is further remembered by his special friends Sam and Glenda Raphael, Stedroy Blake, Buster, David Charles, Ira Smith, Debbie-Ann Klyvert, Larklen Robert, the Thomas Family, the Hamilton Family, and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention but deeply loved and appreciated.

A Family and Friends Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Divine Funeral Services and Crematory from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at St. Ann’s Church, No. 42 Barren Spot, St. Croix, VI 00820, with viewing at 9:00 a.m. followed by the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at Kingshill Cemetery.

Edwin B. Christopher’s life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his love will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
