Dennis Antonio Ferdinand "Jah Glory"

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Dennis Antonio Ferdinand, affectionately known as “Jah Glory” to his family and friends. Dennis was born on August 31, 1969, and departed this life on September 12, 2026, at the age of 57.

Dennis is survived by his beloved mother, Alice Lewis, and father, Samuel Ferdinand. He leaves to continue his legacy with his children, Kareem Ferdinand, Denesia Ferdinand, and Deyonna Ferdinand, and his grandchildren, Za’Riyah Allen and Jayden JahKari Ferdinand.

He is also survived by his siblings: sisters, Janice Lewis, Sharon Keenan, Veronica Martin, Patrice Ferdinand, Samantha Ferdinand, and Shakima Edwards; brothers, Ashton Ferdinand and Isaiah Ferdinand; and stepbrother, Ginester Jones. Dennis will also be lovingly remembered by his aunts, Theresa Dewar, Maureen Dubois, Renee Ferdinand, Deloris Ferdinand, and Bernadette Grant; his uncles, Ardron Dubois, Donald Ferdinand, and Eustace Ferdinand; and his special friends, Stedroy Francis (Busta), Keith Telesfors, Everton Prince (Bushman), Norman Burrough (Pinney), and Muzzy. Dennis also leaves behind a host of other cherished relatives and dear friends.

Although too numerous to mention individually, each held a special place in his heart and will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at New Testament Church of God, 32C Estate Whim Road, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The viewing will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The family expresses its heartfelt appreciation for the prayers, support, love, and expressions of sympathy extended during this difficult time. Your kindness and compassion are deeply appreciated and will always be remembered.
