With profound sadness and heartfelt gratitude for a well lived life, we announce the peaceful passing of Charles A. Richards, who departed this life on July 30, 2026, at the age of 82.

Charles was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished brother, and loyal friend whose kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love for his family touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, quiet strength, generous heart, and the countless memories he created with those he loved. His legacy of faith, compassion, and dedication to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

He was preceded in death by his loving son, Charles Richards.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory of his beloved wife, Geraldine Richards; one daughter, Valencia Richards-Hayes; three sons, Alex Richards, Dr. Basil Richards, and Samuel Richards. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers and sister; his grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins; in-laws; special friends; and a host of extended family members and loved ones, all of whom will miss him dearly.

Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that Charles lived a life filled with love, faith, and purpose. His memory will forever remain a source of strength and inspiration to those whose lives he touched.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to celebrate the life of Charles A. Richards on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the Central Seventh-day Adventist Church, 17A Estate Plessen, Frederiksted, VI 00840. Viewing will begin at 9:00 A.M. and Service at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at the Kingshill Cemetery.
