Carlos Rivera

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Carlos Rivera, who departed this life on August 18, 2026. Carlos will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched throughout his life.

Carlos leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, family, and treasured memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Though his physical presence is no longer with us, the memories he created and the love he shared will remain forever.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Nancy Paulino, Elizabeth Erarte, Diana Rivera, Erica Rivera, and Celia John Lewis; his sisters, Rosemarie Rivera, Luz Rivera, Sarita Rivera, and Aida Rivera; and his brothers, Angel Rivera, Johnny Rivera, Ulises Rivera, and Javier Rivera. He is also remembered by his sisters-in-law, Miguelina Gautier-Parrilla and Felicidad Faye Camacho.

Carlos leaves behind many grandchildren who will forever cherish his memory, including Carlos Rivera III, Bunny Rivera, Giselle Rivera, Marvin Rivera, Omyra C. Rivera, Jessica Garcia, Ramon “Eddie” Castillo, Rufina Paulino, Michelle Paulino, Rufino Paulino, Nelson Rivera, Pito Rivera, Luis Renaldo Rivera, Ricardo Rivera, Yanira Rivera, Jasmin Rivera, Elsie Erarte, Domingo “Macho” Erarte Jr., Anthony “Tony” Erarte, Elizabeth “Lizbeth” Erarte, Erickson “Tatito-Eric” Erarte, Artemah Woods, Nazare Woods, Bianca Joseph, John Joseph Jr., Eva Chups, and Shantel John Lewis. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren, too numerous to mention, each carrying a special place in his heart and legacy.

Many other families and friends are too numerous to mention.

Carlos' life was a gift to those around him, and his memory will continue to live on through the generations of family he leaves behind. May the love, laughter, stories, and memories shared with him bring comfort to his family during this difficult time.

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Carlos Rivera will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Interment follows to Kingshill Cemetery.

As his family and friends gather to honor his life, may they find comfort in knowing that Carlos' legacy of love will continue through all those who were blessed to know him.
